This project was built complete at Abasco. We handled fabrication of the job, the electrical and mechanical assembly, testing, and shipping. We bump-tested every motor to make sure it was spinning properly, arranged for the hot-dip galvanizing of all the pipe spools, hydro tested the entire system with 2,000 gallons of water, shrink wrapped it, and arranged for shipping from Buffalo to Miami. This system was roughly 27 feet long, 14 feet wide, 12 feet tall, and weighed 40,000 lbs when complete.
