Design
Outside of engineering, we also offer our services to foster design improvements on pre-engineered items. We use our manufacturing expertise to help make pre-existing designs more cost efficient and easier to build.
Fabrication
With our state of the art lasers, brake presses, and other fabrication equipment, we can cut, form, and produce parts from almost any metallic item in the world.
Welding
With multiple ASME and AWS certifications, we can weld carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, nickel, and titanium products. Whether it’s an electrical enclosure, a complex base, ASME pipe, or pressure vessels and heat exchangers, we have the equipment and personnel to weld it.
Paint and Powder Coating
We have the ability to do all our paint and powder coating in-house. We’ve painted products to the rigorous standards of the oil and gas industry as well as military defense industries. We can deliver finished product in any color or texture available.
Sandblasting
Going along with our paint and powder coating, we can sand blast our fabrications to ensure the highest quality finish.
Electrical and Mechanical Assembly
Beyond design and fabrication, Abasco can do the electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical assembly of systems. We can wire electrical enclosures and process equipment and test it all before delivery to ensure it will work as intended when you go to install it.
Complex Systems
When multiple other shops in the United States declined to quote a project for the U.S. Navy’s DDG-1000 destroyer, they came to us and we made it happen. Not only did we set up an international supply chain to source specialty materials, but we held machine level tolerances on welded fabrications. If it can be done, Abasco will find a way to do it.
Modular Systems
Abasco manufactures modular systems for various applications including oil & gas, petrochemical, and other forms of oil, gas, and chemical refining and processing. We can build to print or help you design a custom system to fit your specific needs.
